Port Renfrew Vendor Pop-Up Application

Are you a local maker, grower, artist, or small business owner? Apply to take part in the Port Renfrew Summer 2025 Vendor Pop-Up Series hosted at the Port Renfrew Visitor Centre.

This seasonal series is an excellent opportunity to showcase and sell your products to visitors and locals throughout the summer.

Pop-Up Details:

📍 Location: Port Renfrew Visitor Centre –  16947 Parkinson Rd B Building

💲 Vendor Fee Per Pop-up: $25

📅 Choose Your Date: Vendors may request one or more preferred dates on the form between May-Sept 2025, Thursday to Monday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm. Event staff will confirm availability and send setup details once your application is reviewed.

❓ Other Details: We have picnic tables and a gazebo set up for your pop-up market goods, but you are welcome to bring your own table. We also provide table rentals for $10.

Market Terms & Conditions

  • Each vendor is responsible for keeping their selling space and surrounding areas free of litter;
  • Pets are to be kept on a leash and under control;
  • Smoking is not allowed within the vendor space or within the Market space; and

Vendors:

    • will at all times, behave in a respectful way towards one another, each others property and market guests;
    • may have an alternate person sell their products/services, but this alternate must be familiar with the materials and
    • production methods of the products; and abide by the market policy/guidelines at all times;
    • refuse must be removed from the site by the vendor and not placed in Market refuse containers; and
    • selling food products:
      • all food products require clear and legible labels detailing the ingredients used to make the product. Items may be individually labelled or vendors may use single signage next to the product(s);
